Group Classes

There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes, We have boot camps, fitness challenges, spin, weight training classes, circuit training, and more. There's one to fit your goals. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, the people taking class with you become a family and all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!

Weight Challenge

Test your limits and improve your core! We go through a progression of exercises and ramp up to help increase strength and durability.

Strength Training/Boxing

Get sweating with this class! Akways on the go, looking for high pace, alot of movement

Boot Camp

Never Give Up! Enjoy the outdoors with this class, held in various locations, this is one good class! Every class is different in style and type, it will be sure to make you sweat!

Massage Therapy

Muscles sore? Recuperating from stiffness or injury can be hard, soothing the muscles and the need for relaxation is essential.

SPIN CLASSES

This all around workout is great! With several variations, we do weight challenges, tabata and more all while spinning!

YOGA

From heated Yoga to regular yoga we love to find quiet time to gather our thoughts.

Zumba

Dance yourself into a great workout as you make every muscle in your body come alive in this class.
